Professionally trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Jim has traveled the country, working in many fine establishments. He found a home in Annapolis, fell in love with the waterfront town and began working here in 1995. He brought his passion and excitement for cooking to the banquet and wedding menu and the cuisine lends to the waterfront feel. The plated food looked amazing and tasted even better!
