The 28th Annual Quest for Excellence Conference, held this past spring at the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront, was an invigorating, multi-day gathering of leaders and performance excellence professionals who are passionate about making America better by making organizations better. This conference focused on instructing its attendees (including CEOs, managers, directors and quality performance leaders from a diverse range of companies) on the best practices for improving their business’ performance as well as personal growth and leadership skills.
The conference itinerary included many keynote presentations, seminars, and an award ceremony honoring the Baldrige Award recipients. The Baldrige Award is a reputable award presented annually to US organizations that implemented successful quality-management systems. We came away from this event with many photos that captured both the spirited professionalism as well as the sincere merriment that comes with corporate conference events through the form of candid business speaker headshots, large and small group portraiture, conference venue details, and a fresh, journalistic-style approach to capturing all the action that took place during each seminar, social gathering and ceremony.
